Youth is happy because it has the capacity to see beauty. Anyone who keeps the ability to see beauty never grows old - Franz Kafka
Skincare Tips
- Keep your skin cool by blending a small peeled cucumber and 4 to 5 almonds. Add some cold milk to form a paste and apply it on your face.
- Cleansing your skin is very important. In summer you should scrub and exfoliate your face at least twice a week.
- Ignoring the lips during summers results in the lips turning dry and chapped. Apply a little sunscreen on your lips before your color or gloss. Before going to bed, rub a few drops of pure almond oil on them to keep them looking soft and pink.

Sun Safety Tips
Many people love the warm summer sun. The sun's rays make us feel good, and in the short term, make us look good... But this love affair isn't a two way street...
Exposure to the sun causes many of the wrinkles and age spots on our faces and is the number one cause of skin cancer.
In fact, sun exposure causes many of the skin changes that we think of as a normal part of ageing.
Over time the sun's ultra violet (UV) light damages the fibers of the skin called "elastin". When these fibers break down, the skin begins to sag, stretch and loose it's ability to go back into place. The skin also bruises and tears more easily and takes longer to heal.
Whilst the sun damage to the skin may not be apparent when your in your youth, it will definitely show later in life. Protect your skin with SKN-protect fom SKNlogic (R102 for 75ml) - available at Ambiance Health & Skincare -
Nothing can completely undo sun damage, although the skin can sometimes repair itself...
So - it is never too late to start protecting yourself from the sun.
